My name is Lauren. I’m a trauma-informed Integrative Somatic Facilitator and Founder of Creative Embodiment. My work supports the nervous system, embodied healing, and creative self-expression. I offer practices such as somatic movement, restorative yoga, Reiki, massage, nervous system resourcing, and stress management programmes to help you reconnect, resource, and restore.
